Bio
Jennifer Ramsey, RN, BSN, MBA, CPHQ, is a healthcare quality leader who blends her passion for patient care with a commitment to improving systems and outcomes. As Quality Manager at a large metropolitan hospital, she helps teams deliver safer, more effective, and patient-centered care by turning data into meaningful action and empowering staff to make a difference.

A nurse by background, Jennifer has cared for patients across pediatrics, obstetrics, emergency medicine, and specialty and subspecialty clinics. She has worked in both rural and urban hospitals, giving her a deep appreciation for the unique strengths and challenges each setting brings.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Business Administration, and certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in hiking to waterfalls,yoga, spending time with her family, and volunteering through her church community.
